Our client’s business is all of our business. We are a Customer Service virtual call center; fielding calls on our client’s behalf. Calls are received at the agent’s home office and completed according to our client’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Our client’s provide training, access to necessary software and/or applications, guidelines and scripts to ensure that our agents are able to perform daily tasks and duties successfully.
Our clients are continuously in need of top-notch Customer Service Representatives to represent their businesses 24/7, and we meet their needs by providing agents who take pride in the work that is performed.
We are looking for new agents. Call Center experience is not a must; however, you must have phone skills and computer proficiency. In addition, if you have any of the following experience and skills, it would be a plus, but not required, for the different clients: accounting, billing, call center (inbound and/or outbound), customer retention, dispatching, health insurance, home improvement, order filling, photography, roadside assistance, sales, security monitoring, scheduling, sporting goods, tax preparation, technical (IT), vacation planning, and/or warranty. Any of the previous experience, along with the ability to retain information, ability to work independently, active listening, attention to detail, effective communication, organizational skills, and/or tech savvy, would make you an ideal candidate.
